Wilro Tours & Transfers (Pty) Ltd is a private company based in Johannesburg, South Africa that specializes in providing tourists with sightseeing day tours in and around Gauteng province, as well as local and long-distance point-to-point transfers.

  • Communicate with you for the purpose of engaging with our Services.
  • We may share your details with our Partners and Agent members where necessary to provide our Service to you.
  • Collect your usage information (when you open our emails or browse our website) to provide and improve our ongoing evolving service to you.
  • For data analytics to monitor, provide and improve the Services.

Agent Member accounts require a username and password to log in. Because the information in a Member’s account is so sensitive, you must keep your username and password secure and never disclose it to a third party.

Google Analytics & General Third-party Analytics

Google Analytics is a web analytics service offered by Google that tracks and reports website traffic. Google uses the data collected to track and monitor the use of our Service. This data is shared with other Google services. Google may use the collected data to contextualize and personalize the adverts of its own advertising network.

You can opt-out of having made your activity on the Service available to Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. The add-on prevents the Google Analytics JavaScript (ga.js, analytics.js, and dc.js) from sharing information with Google Analytics about visits activity.

We use MailChimp to send email campaigns and track activity or lack thereof, including opens & clicks.

Your email service provider will automatically disable tracking by not downloading pictures. You have the option to temporarily or permanently allow downloading of pictures by setting your preferences accordingly.

You may ask us to give you the information we have of you in our records to update.
